i bought that salad dressing brand before..but that time was a raspberry something ..and it taste too sour and awful actually ..and i think i will not buy that brand anymore..ur mushroom soup look so good ..i wana make one someday too..can u share ur recipes here with us ? (if u dont mind..) thanksss..
At least yours is sour, mine is like a sweet sesame sauce, should never be attracted by the words 'Award winning', may be they got the 'Bad taste award' My recipe is super simple, as stated in my blog:有大磨菇, 白磨菇, 同街市隨便再汁多兩種菇, 加埋薯仔, 奶, 同菇一齊煎香, 加,上用濃菜湯做底, 煮滾, 放入貴夫人, 得0左I did not measure the quantity:1) Prepare & clean some portbella + white mushroom + 1 or 2 other kind of mushroom you can find in wet market2) 1 peeled & diced potato3) Stir fry all of them in butter / oil until some browning4) Add 1 box of milk + salt + some veggie soup base, bring it to boil. You can add what ever herbs you prefer at this stage5) pour everything in a ladyship blender, done~The magic is coming from the blender, he~he~
really? thanks so much for your quick and detailed info. i 'll try to do it this long weekend. (i heard that ladyship blender is very good for soy milk and sesame paste dessert..but quite $$$ ah..)i think i'll use my hand blender for now and see see..
In fact i think ladyship can be use for french cooking, it can produce very smooth pureeI used to use bamix, but mushroom sure is not something that can be blended into a smooth texture. Anyway, give it a try, 我成日都話, 自古好味在嘗試, 嘻~嘻~
