好樣已是第三次整, 功多藝熟這句說話當然有它的道理

這是一個我甚喜歡的法式甜點, 原是修道院的修女發明, 只需甚少牛油, 用的是最基本的奶, 麵粉, Rum 酒, 不過糖份甚高. 正宗法式要用上 bee wax, 在 Caprice 試過, 那一個有點太韌, 但我都覺得要知真味, 可能都要去法國一次

提起此甜點, 令我想起世上原來有讀同儲食譜, 但無乜實戰經驗的人
